About the Role
- Brokerage Network Expansion & Sales Growth
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key brokerage partners across Southeast Asia (SEA) and East Asia, driving sustainable business growth.
- Design and implement sales strategies to enhance broker productivity and optimize distribution effectiveness.
- Monitor business performance, analyze market data, and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Lead efforts to attract and onboard high-potential insurance brokers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Strategic Business Execution & Market Positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams to roll out impactful business development initiatives, sales incentives, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all brokerage operations adhere to internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Excellence & Leadership
- Oversee brokerage onboarding, due diligence, and compensation structures to maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and coaching to the sales team, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
- Take ownership of sales and budget planning, ensuring alignment with company growth targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage sales, business development, or distribution management.
- Proven track record in managing both local and overseas insurance brokerage channels, particularly in Southeast Asia and East Asia markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment.
